OPENING OF NEW WATER SYSTEMS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BIBALA

As part of its efforts to combat drought, the Namibe Provincial Government is implementing a plan to open new water systems in the municipality of Bibala, with a view to ensuring the supply of water for human consumption.

The GPN initiative is being carried out by the company Kotoil Energy, using a ‘sunk cost’ approach, within the framework of Social Responsibility. Work on opening four boreholes has begun in the commune of Caitou, in the locality of Buacoio.
