TERMS OF USE
The use of this recruitment page and the submission of applications through it are governed by the following Terms and Conditions, which the candidate declares to be fully aware of and accept.
1. Purpose
This page is intended exclusively for receiving applications for professional opportunities offered by Kotoil and may not be used for any other purpose.

2. Applicant's Responsibility
The applicant is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and veracity of all information and documents submitted. The provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information may result in immediate exclusion from the recruitment process, without prejudice to any civil or criminal liability under Angolan law.

3. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data collected in the context of the application will be processed by Kotoil, as the data controller, exclusively for the purposes of analysing and managing the recruitment process, in accordance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection, namely Law No. 22/11 of 17 June - Angola's Personal Data Protection Law.
The candidate may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition or deletion of their data by sending a written request to info@kotoil.co.ao.

4. Limitation of Liability
The submission of an application does not create any contractual relationship between the candidate and Kotoil, nor does it entitle the candidate to the conclusion of an employment contract. The final decision on the selection of candidates rests solely with Kotoil, which reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate recruitment processes at any time without prior notice.

5. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Kotoil reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, with the version in force on the date of submission of the application being considered applicable.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Angola, and in the event of a dispute, the courts of the district of Luanda shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
